摘要(中) 在全球化競爭、國際分工與資訊科技的變化下,「速度」成為企業主導市場的關鍵。在此競爭激烈的環境中,供應鏈提供供應商掌握零售商與消費者需求的變化,使製造商、供應商能調節生產計畫而形成的緊密通路。供應鏈管理廣泛地受到重視,政府考量國際趨勢與國內高科技產業的經濟體質,也積極推動建立資訊業企業間產品供應鏈電子化的能力,提升資訊業的競爭力。供應鏈管理被企業視為競爭優勢的關鍵,如何提升其績效與競爭優勢,成為學術界與實務界關心的重點。
在供應鏈中,成員間形成夥伴關係,有別以往呈現敵對關係的交易方式。而資訊科技的發展與普及,改變了企業間溝通的管道,企業採用以電腦網路為基礎的資訊科技,進行跨企業整合流程,資訊科技成為交流訊息重要的媒介。因此,本研究以夥伴關係、供應鏈績效、資訊科技應用為研究主題,加上行銷文獻中被廣泛討論的溝通策略,探索其相互影響的關係。
本研究以問卷的方式進行資料蒐集。研究結果顯示,溝通策略中的資訊分享與正式的溝通,對於供應鏈成員之間的夥伴關係有正面的影響;而且良好的夥伴關係對於組織在供應鏈中的績效有正面的助益。由此研究結果顯示,與夥伴之間充分進行資訊分享,且經由正式管道進行溝通,將能提升雙方的夥伴關係,夥伴關係的正面助益,亦表現在供應鏈績效上,此研究結果,提供後續研究與管理實務做為參考。
